Contributor Agreement

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You apply with a PremiumPNG.com account. Before approval you confirm your identity with a photo of a valid passport or government ID and a selfie holding it; the name must match the tax details you give for payouts. One person may have only one contributor account. We may approve or decline any application, and we may suspend or close a contributor account that breaks this agreement.

You keep the copyright of everything you upload ("your content"). By uploading, you confirm that:

• you created the content yourself, or you own or control all rights needed to sell it;
• it does not copy anyone else's work and contains no trademarks, logos, brand names, famous characters, artworks or recognisable people or private property, unless you hold the necessary releases (which you must send us on request);
• AI-generated content is marked as AI when you upload it, and the terms of the AI tool you used allow you to sell it;
• it is not illegal, hateful, sexual or violent, and contains no malware.

You give PremiumPNG.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-bearing licence to store, show (with a watermark), promote, sell and license your content to customers under the PremiumPNG.com licences (Standard, Enhanced and plan licences, see License), and to create previews and thumbnails. You may sell the same content elsewhere, except content you offer as Exclusive: for Exclusive content you promise not to sell or give it anywhere else while it is on PremiumPNG.com.

Every file is reviewed before it is published. We may decline any file, edit its title, description, keywords and category, choose the price group and whether it is sold as Exclusive, and remove a published file at any time. Files that are not approved are deleted from our server automatically within 7 days.

For every paid single-image sale of your content you receive 15% of the price paid by the customer (35% for content sold as Exclusive). For every download of your content by a subscriber of a PremiumPNG.com plan you receive $0.10, once per subscriber and image. Free images do not earn. We may change these rates with 30 days' notice by e-mail; changes never affect money already earned.

Earnings are held for 30 days. If a sale is refunded or charged back, the related earning is cancelled, or subtracted from your next payout if it was already paid. Earnings from fraudulent purchases or downloads (including your own) are cancelled.

When your available balance reaches $25.00 you can request a payout. We send payouts with Stripe to the bank account linked to your payout e-mail, normally within 7 days of the request, in your local currency where available. Bank or currency conversion fees charged by Stripe or your bank may apply. Balances under the minimum stay in your account.

PremiumPNG.com is operated from the United States. Before your first payout you give us the information needed for US tax forms (W-8BEN for non-US persons, W-9 for US persons). Where the law requires, we may withhold tax from payouts. You are responsible for declaring and paying taxes on your earnings in your own country.

You may ask us to remove any of your content at [email protected]. We remove it within 30 days. Customers who already bought or downloaded it keep their licence. Exclusive content must stay on PremiumPNG.com for at least 6 months after it was published.

If someone claims that your content infringes their rights, we may remove it and hold the related earnings until the claim is resolved. You agree to cover the costs and damages caused by content that breaks the promises in section 2.

You can stop at any time by asking us to close your contributor account. We pay your remaining available balance if it reaches the minimum, or on request when the account is closed. We may end this agreement if you break it; earnings from content that broke it may then be cancelled.

The PremiumPNG.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply. We may update this agreement; we tell you about important changes by e-mail at least 30 days before they apply. Questions: [email protected].
